Lissow made the show interactive and played off the small audience for suggestions and new material to keep everyone interested. He had copies of a CD called "Comedy's Most Wanted: Volume 1" which featured some of his own material. Lissow said he would give away copies to the person with the worst car.
The winner of the CD contest was Fiorina Cavo, a junior at Utica College and owner of a '96 Nissan Sentra. Cavo said you have to either punch the gas tank or use a screw driver to get it open, the AC doesn't work, and that the "Check Engine" light won't go off so her father put a religious picture over the blinking light.
Lissow said he would offer a remedy to people in the future with similar car problems.
"Have you tried the Jesus Christ stickers?" Lissow said.
After the show, Cavo said she had a great Friday night watching Lissow perform.
"I loved it," Cavo said. "He definitely appealed to the audience. He was charismatic, outgoing and not afraid to swear and be offensive. It made for a good show."
Cavo said her favorite part of the night was winning the CD from Lissow.
"I was interested in the CD because I liked him during the show and I'd like to watch more of his acts," Cavo said. "I finally got rewarded for having a junky car."
Beginning on Nov. 17, Lissow will be featured every morning on 95.1 The Fox in Rochester, N.Y.
