R&B superstar Alicia Keys will be appearing at the Turning Stone Casino & Resort Event Center on Thursday, March 11, as part of her Freedom Tour, which kicked off on Wednesday in Chicago.
The tour follows the release of her fourth studio album, The Element of Freedom, released in the fall of 2009.

The Carmen Carmonica Jazz Trio performed at the Harry F. and Mary Ruth Jackson Lunch Hour Series on Wednesday, March 3, in the library concourse.
The trio featured Carmen Caramanica on guitar, Rick Compton on drums, and Cosmo Castellano on bass guitar. They played seven songs.

The Black Student Union (BSU) held its first on-campus party, "Black in the Day," on Saturday Feb. 27 in the Library Concourse. The party was free of charge for Utica College students only.
Half of the concourse was set up with tables and chairs for students to sit and eat the pizza, hot wings and several beverages that were provided.

The average expectance of a college student is becoming almost completely unfeasible. Students are expected to study at least 20 hours per week, involve themselves in the campus community, and exercise 30 minutes a day, five times a week, all whilst tending the fields, generating mobster-like schemes, and slicing, dicing and sautéing their ways to becoming owners of their very own 5-star restaurants.
